Exporting a list of users

If you're not sure if you have access to Everyday Speech's Admin Portal, or you would like access, please reach out to our team here.

 

You can export a list of your Everyday Speech users to:

  • See all user information at a glance
  • See filtered user information at a glance
  • Share user information with others

Export all user data

  1. Click the button labeled "Export as CSV," which is located underneath the Subscription and License Distribution.
  2. The export list will download to your computer as a .csv file, file name starting with "Everyday Speech Users." This can be opened in Google sheets, Numbers (Mac users), or Excel (Windows users).
  3. The downloaded file will show you the following information:
    1. Last name
    2. First name
    3. Email address
    4. Access level (see here to learn more)
    5. Status
    6. Professional role (see here to learn more)
    7. License type (the purchased subscription plan name)
    8. Active days

Export filtered user data

  1. In the left column of available filters, click the checkbox(es) to indicate which user data you'd like to see in your export.
    1. For example, if you only want to export Active status users, select "Active" under "Status."
  2. Click the button labeled "Export as CSV," which is located underneath the Subscription and License Distribution.
  3. The export list will download to your computer as a .csv file, starting with "Everyday Speech Users." This can be opened in Google sheets, Numbers (Mac users), or Excel (Windows users).
