      Please ask your IT department to reach out to our Support team if:

      • Your account is suddenly not working as expected
      • Videos, activities, and/or games and not playing as expected
      • You are unable to access our website entirely

      Your IT team can contact us at support@everydayspeech.com. We will be able to provide a list of wildcard domains that need to be allowed by your network in order to access Everyday Speech content.
