Is Everyday Speech compliant with COPPA, FERPA, or Other Data Privacy Laws?

We work regularly with school districts to ensure our products meet compliance standards and have signed numerous Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs) to demonstrate our adherence to data privacy laws, including:

  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA)
  • Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
  • Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA)
  • New York Education Law 2-D
  • Other state, regional and district-specific data privacy requirements
