This guide helps you navigate the portal and manage your district account settings.

You must be a designated administrator for your district account to access the Everyday Speech Admin Portal. For any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Team.

What can I do in the Admin Portal?

  • User Management: Add or archive user access. Please read this article  for instructions.

  • View Licenses: Check how many licenses purchased and how many are still available. See Understanding the Admin Portal Layout section for details.

  • User Management: Filter and sort your user view. Visit our Help Center guide on Sorting and Filtering users in Admin Portal for more information.
  • Export user information as a .csv file: You have the option to export all user data in a .csv file format. Check this article for guidance. 
  • Access User Information and Account Usage: View all user information and track usage at a glance.
  • Getting Support: For help with your district account or technical issues, connect with the Support team or email Customer Support anytime.

 


Understanding the Admin Portal Layout

The Admin Portal dashboard provides an overview of your organization’s usage, licenses, and subscription status. Key features include:

  • Refining the User View: Use Left Column Filters to view active users and recent logins. Filter users by status, role, or license type.

Filter users on the left side of your view by clicking the checkbox of user attributes based on status, role and/or license type.

  • Subscription and License Distribution: Review your Everyday Speech subscriptions and check the number of licenses assigned versus purchased.

Review your current subscription plan, renewal date, total number of licenses and how many are in use.

  • Manage Users and Licenses: Add, edit, or remove users within the portal. Simply click Add New User or Add Multiple Users button if you have available licenses.

On your top right view, click Add New User or Add Multiple Users buttons to add new users if you have available license seats.

  • User View at a Glance: Access all user information at a glance.  From the user table, you can:

        • Access user information, track activities, and monitor onboarding status.

        • Sort user views.  Please refer to this article for a detailed guide on the process.

        • Edit individual user profiles (change subscription plan, archive user, or set their professional role) from the Edit User Profile interface. Learn more on how to add or remove user access here..

        • Export user information. Download user data as a .csv file by clicking the "Export as CSV" button. This article will guide you through the process.

        • Search for Users. Use the Search feature to find specific user records by entering the user's name or email.

    To search for a specific user record, use the Search feature within the Admin Portal.
