Navigating the Admin Portal

In order to use the Everyday Speech Admin Portal, you must be a designated administrator for your district account. Please reach out to us at support@everydayspeech.com with any questions.


What can I do in the Admin Portal?

  • License management (adding or archiving user access)
  • View the total amount of licenses purchased, and how many licenses are still available
  • Filter and sort users
  • Export user information as a .csv file
  • View account usage
  • Contact your Everyday Speech rep

Learning the layout

  • Left column: filters
    • Select the checkboxes to filter the user view
  • Subscription and license distribution
    • See what kind of Everyday Speech subscriptions you purchased
    • See how many licenses are assigned out of the total amount purchased
  • Top right corner: add new user, add multiple users
    • Click these buttons to add new users if you have empty license seats
  • User table
    • View all your user information at a glance
    • Sort the user view
    • Edit individual user profiles (change subscription plan, archive user, or set their professional role)
    • Export user information as a .csv
    • Search for a specific user record
