Navigating the Everyday Speech Admin Portal

Welcome to the Everyday Speech Admin Portal! We're here to help you navigate through all the various features of our Admin Portal.

In order to use the Everyday Speech Admin Portal, you must be a designated administrator for your district account. Please reach out to us at support@everydayspeech.com with any questions.

24 STEPS

1. The first step is to open http://admin.everydayspeech.com/login and click log in

2. Click Login

3. Welcome to your districts Admin Portal!

4. You'll find your total licenses purchased here

5. This is your total amount of Assigned Licenses

6. This is your total amount of Unassigned Licenses that can be reassigned at any time.

7. This is your Subscription End Date. Accounts that are not renewed by this date will cancel.

8. You can Add Users here

9. Click Add Users

10. If you have purchased different plans, you will have the option to change them here.

11. You can change the Role of your user here.

12. You can choose between User, Coordinator, or Billing Admin

13. You can also Request a Renewal Quote

14. You will be redirected to this page to set up a meeting with one of our representatives!

15. You can view your users, their roles, which license type they have, status, date of last activation, days active and password set here.

16. This is your Green Person icon.

17. You can click this to assign a user to a license immediately.

18. This right-pointing arrow will bring you to the actions available for the user

19. You can Assign License or Revoke License

20. Update the users password

21. You can update a users email here

22. Click Save if you have made changes

23. If you are an Admin for another school, you can view the other school here.

24. That's it. You're done.

What can I do with the Admin Portal?

  • License management (adding or revoking licenses)
  • Make changes to a user's login

    • Change a user’s email address
    • Set a user’s password (or see if they have already set their password)
  • View the total amount of licenses purchased
  • View assigned and unassigned licenses
  • View assigned user roles, and change user roles
  • View your subscription end date
  • Request a renewal quote


 

Logging in

 

To learn about the user roles in the Admin Portal, please see here.

Super Admin:

If you have been designated as a "Super Admin" in the Admin Portal, you should have received an email to get logged in. If you didn't, kindly check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there! If you haven't received it, you can visit https://slp.everydayspeech.com/login, enter your email and create a password.

Once you have created your password, you can log in to the Admin Portal at http://admin.everydayspeech.com/login

 

Coordinator: 

If you have been designated as a "Coordinator" in the Admin Portal, your password is already set! You can log in to http://admin.everydayspeech.com/login using the same login credentials as you do when you log in to the Social Emotional Learning platform. 

 

Billing Admin:

If you are a "Billing Admin," you should have received an email from Everyday Speech Support with the details to log in. If you haven't please reach out to us at support@everydayspeech.com.

 


 

License management (adding or revoking licenses)

 

You can add users through the Add Users button on the top right, through the Green Person icon, or by clicking into the right-pointing arrow in the Actions column. You can revoke a user through the right-pointing arrow in the Actions column. 


 

Making changes to a user's login

 

By clicking on the right-pointing arrow in the Actions column, you can:

  • Change a user’s email
  • Set a user’s password
  • See if they have already set their password


 

License information

 

You will also find all of your license information in the Admin Portal as well!

You can:

  • View the total amount of licenses purchased
  • View assigned and unassigned licenses
  • View user roles, and update if necessary
  • View the status of each user (if the user is active or inactive)
  • View your subscription end date
  • Request a renewal quote

 

What if I manage multiple schools within my district?

 

If you are a designated admin for multiple schools within your district, the different accounts will show up on the left-hand side.
