There may be several reasons for this.
If you are the referrer:
- Is your account active?
Please note that users whose subscriptions are currently On Hold or in a Trial state would not be able to refer.
- Is your subscription being paid for by a district or organization?
The referral program is currently only available for users paid under a district or organization.
If you are being referred:
You can contact us here! Please let us know the following information:
1. Your email address and the email address of the user who is referring you
2. The browser that you are using to access the link
3. A screenshot or image of the error code you are seeing
