How Do I Request a Refund?

Please request your refund using our billing portal. You will be directed to our Refund Request Form, where you must fill out all required information to initiate a refund.

I requested a refund, but it hasn't appeared on my card.

Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card and 5-60 business days to appear on your debit card.

All banks and card types have different processing times for refunded charges, which is most likely why you have not yet received your refund.

Additional Information:

  1. In some cases, the refund might be processed as a reversal. Your original payment will disappear from your card statement entirely, and it will look like the charge never occurred.

  2. The refund/reversal may appear on your next billing statement for credit cards.

  3. If you do not see your refund after 30 business days and you still see the original charge on your bank statement, please contact your bank for more information regarding their refund/reversal turnaround time.


Everyday Speech Refund Policy

Monthly / Annual Subscriptions. If you are dissatisfied with our service at any time during the first 60 days, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to address your issue. If we cannot resolve your problem, we're always happy to process a refund for you within the first 60 days.

Auto-Renewal. For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send an email specifying the amount charged to your credit card. In addition, after each renewal, we will send you a receipt via e-mail letting you know the amount that has been deducted, together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount. 

We know that sometimes you forget to cancel an account you no longer want until it has already been charged. In this case, please submit a refund request on our form to process your cancellation and refund up to 5 days after your renewal. 


Exception to our Refund Policy. 
Please keep in mind that we won't be able to accept a refund (whether full or prorated) when we have suspended or terminated your access to Everyday Speech's Social-Emotional Learning Platform because of a violation of our Terms of Service.
