Putting your subscription on hold would be most beneficial for monthly subscriptions or if your billing date is coming up and you would like to postpone the next renewal. Having the option to hold instead of cancel is a great way to remain subscribed without being billed for the time you aren't using your subscription.
If you are on the annual plan, putting your subscription on hold mid-year won't change the renewal date. Subscription holds do not pause your access period.
Subscriptions can be put on hold for up to 3 months. Everyday Speech has the right to cancel any subscriptions on hold for more than 3 months.
