Can't log in to the Admin Portal
If you are unable to log in to the Admin Portal, this may be for a few reasons:
- Your password is incorrect:
- Ensure your browser is not auto-filling a different password. Fully delete the password and enter it again.
- Visit https://slp.everydayspeech.com/login, enter your email, and request a password reset email. Once you reset your password in the curriculum, try to log in to the Admin Portal again
- You do not have Admin Portal access:
- Reach out to us at support@everydayspeech.com to ensure you have Admin Portal access
Assigned licenses to users, but they cannot access the curriculum
If you have added users to the Admin Portal, but they cannot access their account, this may be for a few reasons:
- The user's status is "Inactive"
- If the status is "Inactive," you will need to click "Edit profile," select the "license type," then click "update user." The user should switch to an "active" or "invited" status
- Their email address is spelled wrong in the Admin Portal
- If you notice a typo in a user's email address, please email us at support@everydayspeech.com, and we will fix it for you!
- They previously had an account with us, and they need to log out and back in again to see the curriculum
- Please instruct any users who are seeing a "cancelled" account message upon login to visit https://slp.everydayspeech.com/login, which will reset their session.
Error message when adding a single user
- Missing fields, or invalid email address. The incomplete fields will be highlighted in red, and the submission will not go through until this is fixed.
- Error message: "This email already exists in our system. Search your user list to update the existing profile."
- To add the user after receiving this message, close the "New user" popup, and search for the user email you are attempting to add.
- Click "Edit profile" for the user you are trying to add, select a "license type," then click "update user." This will assign the license to that user.
- Error message: "This email already exists in our system. Contact Support for assistance."
- This means the user exists in our system, but is not housed under your district account. Contact us at support@everydayspeech.com, and we will grant the user access.
Error message when adding multiple users
- Upload failed
- If you submit a .csv file that does not match the provided template, or you upload a different file type (such as .xslx), the users will not be created.
- If you have checked that the file format is correct and the upload still does not work, please contact us at support@everydayspeech.com for assistance.
- (X out of Y) users failed to upload due to missing data or incorrect formatting
- The first list you see will be the users that had formatting errors, and user records were not created in the Admin Portal. You can copy this list by clicking "Copy List to Clipboard." We'd recommend making another .csv file with the users that weren't added and completing a separate upload.
- The second list shows which users were successfully added in the upload. These users are ready to be assigned to an active license seat.
- (X out of Y) users failed to upload because their email addresses already exist
- Copy the list of users not added using the "Copy List to Clipboard" button.
- After assigning the licenses of the successfully uploaded users, search for each unsuccessful user in the Admin Portal to see if they are available in your Admin Portal view. If they are, you can click "Edit profile" for the user you are trying to add, select a "license type," then click "update user." This will assign the license to that user.

- If any users are not visible in your Admin Portal view, contact us at support@everydayspeech.com and we'd be happy to help assign these users.
