While the transition to our new experience (for select customers) should be seamless, there are a few troubleshooting steps that may be necessary to ensure you can transition smoothly.
Not all Everyday Speech users are eligible to try our new experience at this time. You will know if it is available to you if:
- You received an email from us, letting you know about the upcoming changes
- You log into your account and you see a new and improved layout
- You see a banner at the top of your screen when you log in, pictured below:
Click "See what's new" to view the new experience!
If you do not see the new experience, you may need to log out and log back in. You can easily do so by clicking this link: https://slp.everydayspeech.com/login
If you are still unable to see the new experience, please try the following:

Visit https://slp.everydayspeech.com/login, which will log you out of your account.

Clear your browser history and cache from the last hour. Please refer to this article to learn how to do so: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic

Log in again at https://slp.everydayspeech.com/login
