Do we need to install any special software?
Nope! Everyday Speech runs entirely in a web browser so there is nothing to install.
Is anything physical shipped to me?
Nope, everything is online! Once you receive an email inviting you to set up your account, you have everything you need to start teaching with Everyday Speech.
Using Everyday Speech on a Desktop/Laptop
For the best viewing experience, we recommend using any modern browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
You will access Everyday Speech by visiting this URL: https://slp.everydayspeech.com/login
If an account has been purchased for you, you will have a unique login with your email address, and a password you set up.
Please note: if you are using Internet Explorer, this browser was retired back in June 2022, and is no longer being supported.
If Internet Explorer is still your main browser, we would recommend switching to a different browser to ensure your Everyday Speech account functions as expected.
iPad
We have a dedicated iPad app that you can download here: Social Learning Platform (SLP)
You will need to set up your login information on a computer or web browser before attempting to log in on the SLP app. Your login information will be the same on the SLP app.
Please note that for the iPad app to run, your iPad must be on the latest iOS version. If you aren't on the latest iOS version yet, please update your firmware before downloading the app.
