Usage Tracking in the Admin Portal (Legacy)

Access Requirements: You must be a designated administrator for your district account to access the Everyday Speech Admin Portal. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our Support Team for prompt help.

Types of Usage Tracking in the Admin Portal

Admin Portal provides usage tracking for days active and password set.

Days Active

This indicates the total number of days the user has logged in and used their account since their license was activated. Click the number to view a detailed list of the dates the account was used.

Click the number under the Days Active column to view the usage details window.

Note: For licenses activated before February 21, 2022, the "Days active" feature demonstrates a count of days with an active session starting from February 21, 2022.

Password Set

This indicates whether the user's password has been set.

A check mark on the box indicates that the user's password has been set, while an X indicates the user has not set their password yet.

Password set column tells you whether the user's password has been set or not.

If a user has not set their password, please first verify that the spelling of their email address is correct.

If the email address is incorrect, the user will not receive the welcome email and will be unable to log in to the Social Emotional Learning Platform.

To learn how to correct an email address, please refer to this Help Center article.
