Auto-Renewing Credit Card - Personal Accounts

  • Your credit card is saved on file when you create an account on our website.
  • Your card will be billed 30 days from the start of your free trial (unless a cancellation is scheduled) and then monthly or annually, depending on the billing frequency you selected.
  • Your account will be renewed automatically until cancellation.

You may cancel your account at any time. For instructions on how to do so, please visit our guide on how to cancel your subscription here.

Credit Card (Purchase Orders)

  • Invoices for purchase orders can be settled through a credit card/debit card payment.
  • This is a one-time payment, and the card information is not saved.

Check (Purchase Orders)

  • We accept checks for continental USA customers who ordered via purchase order or quote. We do not currently accept checks for international customers.

Please note: If you send us a wire transfer, you must shoulder the bank transfer fee (typically $30 USD).

This means you must send an additional $30 USD (or another amount as specified) to cover the transfer fee when sending your payment to us.

We reserve the right to bill for the missing funds if the bank transfer fee is not covered.
