Major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express

  • When you create an account on our website, your credit card is saved on file.
  • Your card will be billed 30 days from the start of your free trial (unless a cancellation is scheduled), and then on a monthly or annual basis depending on the billing frequency you selected.
  • Your account will be renewed automatically until cancellation.

You may cancel your account at any time. Please see this article to learn more about cancelling your account.

Credit Card

  • Invoices for purchase orders can be settled through a credit card/debit card payment.
  • This is a one-time payment, and the card information is not saved on our end.

Please note: if you are submitting an order over $3,000 USD, credit card payments will not be accepted. We still accept checks (USA) and bank transfers (USA & international) for orders of this size.


Check

  • For continental USA customers who ordered via purchase order or quote, we accept checks. We do not accept international checks at this time.

Please note: If you are sending us a wire transfer, you must shoulder the bank transfer fee (typically $30 USD).

This means that you must send an additional $30 USD (or another amount as specified) to cover the transfer fee when you are sending your payment to us.

We reserve the right to bill for the missing funds if the bank transfer fee is not covered.
