      Data tracking and progress monitoring

      We offer the following informal data tracking solutions:

      Customizable Goal Banks

       

      The goal bank and data tracking sheets are currently available for the Social Communication Curriculum (SCC) or the Bundled curriculum only.  

      1. Click on Full Curriculum.

      2. Click on Data Resources and Goal Bank.

      The goals & objectives in our goal bank & data assessment sheets were created by Everyday Speech’s team of clinicians and align with each Skill and Goal within our curriculum.
      The objectives in our Goal Bank have customizable elements, since we know each student is different! The text written in blue can be changed to fit your learner's personal goals.
       
       

      Data Tracking and Assessment

      1. Click on Full Curriculum.

      2. Click on Data Resources and Data Tracking & Assessment.

      This informal tool aims to collect measurable data and track progress over time. We would recommend taking the Pre-Assessment data at the beginning of the school year or therapy sessions in the “pre” data row.

      You can track intervention data in the data cells we have provided.

       

      Take Post-Assessment data at least two more times over the course of the year. 

       

      Download by goal in the Data Tracking and Assessment section of our Full Curriculum, or click on Visual Supports to download the entire bundle!

       
      While our current version exists as printable PDFs, a digital student data tracking solution is on our roadmap!
       

      Activity Notes

      Activity Notes are a great way to track your student's progress and performance with our interactive activities and homework assignments!

      Activity Notes are available on Interactive Activities where the activity is a Dice Roller or a Spinner. 

      1. Open an Interactive Worksheet and click Play On Screen.

      2. Click on the student that you are working with. You can also click the Group to select all of the students under that group.

      Haven't set up student profiles yet? You can read this article to learn more! 

      3. Enter your notes on how the student performed.

      Once you save your notes, they are now available to view anytime in your student's profile. You can also add notes later.

      A new record is created each time you open the activity. This can be used for comparing your student's answers and monitoring their progress!

      Accessing Activity Notes 

      1. Click on Students & Groups.

      2. Click on the student.

      3. Click on Add Notes.
