Data tracking and progress monitoring

We offer the following informal data tracking solutions:

Customizable Goal Banks

  1. Click Curriculum in the blue navigation bar
  2. Click on Intervention Materials (Tiers 2 & 3) and choose your grade band
  3. Click on any Skill and choose the Goal that you'd like to work on
  4. Click Download Teaching Tools  and scroll to click and download Data Resources

The goals & objectives in our goal bank & data assessment sheets were created by Everyday Speech’s team of clinicians and align with each Skill and Goal within our curriculum.

The objectives in our Goal Bank have customizable elements since we know each student is different! The IEP goals can be customized to fit your learner's needs after downloading the PDF by using any PDF editor.

Data Tracking and Assessment

  1. Click Curriculum
  2. Click Intervention Materials (Tiers 2 & 3) and choose your grade band
  3. Click on any Skill and choose the Goal that you'd like to work on
  4. Click on the Download Teaching Tools button and scroll to Data Resources
  5. Download the data sheet(s)

This informal tool aims to collect measurable data and track progress over time. We would recommend taking the Pre-Assessment data at the beginning of the school year or therapy sessions in the “pre” data row. You can track intervention data in the "post" data cells we have provided. We'd recommend taking Post-Assessment data at least two more times over the course of the year.

Activity Notes

Activity Notes are a great way to track your student's progress and performance with our interactive activities and homework assignments!

Activity Notes are available on Interactive Activities where the activity is a Dice Roller or a Spinner. For our other activities, we offer the option to track student answers, which link to their student profile.

  1. Open an Interactive Worksheet and click Play On Screen.
  2.  Click on the student that you are working with. You can also click the Group to select all of the students under that group.
  3. Enter your notes on how the student performed.

Once you save your notes, they are now available to view anytime in your student's profile. You can also add notes later.

A new record is created each time you open the activity. This can be used for comparing your student's answers and monitoring their progress!

Accessing Activity Notes

  1. Click on My Toolkit and select Students & Groups.
  2. Click on the student profile you'd like to view.
  3. Click on Add Notes.
