Mark as Seen

The "Mark as Seen" feature is available to users with select plans. This feature enables Everyday Speech users to link a material to a student or group profile.

Where to find "Mark as Seen"

1. Click into any material (video, activity, game). The material will open in a pop-up window.
2. At the bottom of the material pop-up, there will be 5 buttons, including one labeled "Mark as Seen." Click that button to add a material to a student or group's profile at any time.
3. A smaller pop-up window will open, prompting you to select "Who will work on this material?" Select your students and/or groups to add the material to their profiles.

Viewing materials you have marked as seen

1. In the blue navigation bar, click My Toolkit, then Students and Groups.
2. Select either the Students or Groups tab to view your students or groups
3. Click the student or group profile you wish to view. Their viewing history based on selecting "Mark as Seen" will be shown, with the date seen!
